The key ingredients in Bedtime Bliss; Chamomile, Withania and Hops, work to:

  • Help reset healthy sleep patterns.
  • Calm feelings of overwhelm and stress at bedtime.
  • Settle a busy mind and body to support falling asleep.

Suitable for use during breastfeeding and pregnancy. 

Ingredients

Each mL of this product contains herbal extract equivalent to dry:
Chamomile (Matricaria recutita) Flower - 115 mg
Withania (Withania somnifera) Root & Leaves - 50 mg
Hops (Humulus lupulus) Strobile/Fruit - 25 mg

Dosage

Shake well before use.
Can be given undiluted or added to your child’s formula. One to two doses 1 hour before bed. May repeat one dose during the night on waking.
Infants:
0-1 year - 0.5 mL
Children:
1-2 years - 2 mL
2-3 years - 3 mL
3-5 years - 4 mL
5+ years - 5 mL
