Herbal Dispensary Service

Phytomed operates a herbal dispensary service to enable herbalists and naturopaths to send herbal formulas directly to clients. Account holders can fill in and download the form below then email it to info@phytomed.co.nz.

Herbal formulas are dispensed and dispatched Monday through Friday. Completed order forms must be received by 11 am, to be processed the same day.

We can dispense in 100mL, 200mL and 500mL bottles. Dispensary costs for herbal prescriptions are $26.00 (plus GST and postage) per 100mL and must contain 2 or more herbs. Formulas containing 8 herbs and more will incur a $12.00 surcharge. Patients cannot collect prescriptions from Phytomed premises.

Formulas containing high value herbs will incur a small price/ml surcharge as outlined below:

• $0.20/ml: American Ginseng, Korean Ginseng, Zizyphus, Arnica
• $0.10/ml: Saffron
  

Dispensary prescriptions can be sent directly to your client and are sent with a measuring cup and ‘How to Take Your Herbal Medicine’ instructions. Invoices will be emailed directly to the practitioner for payment.
