Thank you for your patience whilst we were unable to supply non-essential service providers during the COVID-19 Level 4 restrictions.
We are pleased to inform you that we will be able to send orders to all our Phytomed and Kiwiherb customers from Tuesday 28th April 2020, during the COVID-19 Level 3 restrictions. This includes Kiwiherb products, Phytomed liquids, dried herbs, capsules and dispensary items.
We will continue to provide a limited Phytomed dispensary service (Tuesdays and Thursdays), however, we are unable to allow customer pickups from our office.
During Level 3, only “contactless” business operations may continue to operate. At this level, we trust that our customers have implemented the necessary changes to their operations, to comply with COVID-19 Level 3 guidelines issued by the government and MBIE. We refer you to https://covid19.govt.nz/ and https://www.mbie.govt.nz/about/open-government-and-official-information/coronavirus-covid-19/ for information on what this means for your business.
As we move into different alert levels, we ask that all practitioners supplying products to their clients follow these risk and mitigation guidelines as supplied by NZAMH.
You can find more information on how to support your clients during this time at: https://www.nzamh.org.nz/covid-19-resources/
Please be mindful that delivery delays may be experienced over the next few weeks, as courier services tackle the backlog of deliveries suspended during COVID-19 Level 4 and re-open their services to non-essential services.
We appreciate your patience and ongoing support for Phytomed and Kiwiherb.
