During Auckland’s COVID-19 Alert Level changes we would like to reassure you that we are open for business as usual.
During lockdowns, we experience higher order volumes than normal. Please accept our apologies if your order is delayed as a result of this. You are important to us and we are working hard to keep up with demand.
We will be maintaining a limited service as set out by our government and as per each alert level regulations. As an essential service we will still be continuing to support all our customers and practitioners with our usual email and online ordering, dispensary services and technical practitioner email support.

Where possible, we would appreciate it if you could email us rather than calling. This will enable us to fairly prioritise orders and queries, and process faster. Please do not leave a voicemail, as we are working offsite.

Dispensary services will continue to operate on Mondays and Thursdays. Please download, complete and send the Herbal Order form to firstname.lastname@example.org by 5pm Sunday or Wednesday, so that formulas may be dispensed the following days.

Herbal formula prescriptions are priced at $23.40 plus GST per 100 ml. For those not on monthly account or prepay, once received, we will contact you with the cost of your formula and how to pay, before we dispense the formula
